SB-CEU Information for Michigan School Psychologists
1. Michigan School psychologists must earn 18 SB-CEU's (180 contact hours) or 6 semester hours every 5 years to maintain School Psychology Certification in Michigan. Any combination of SB-CEUs and semester hours may be used. 1-SBCEU=10 contact hours. 1 semester hour is equivalent  to 3 SB-CEUs.

2. Retain your certificates of completion after attending any workshops or conferences.

3. At the time of recertification, you must complete a Advanced Certificate Renewal Form indicating the sponsor, certificate number, etc. If you do not have all of your certificates, you may request transcripts* from M.A.S.P. or other SB-CEU sponsors. There usually are fees attached to these requests.

4. If you wish to obtain a copy of your transcript, please write to MASP, C/O Sharon Petty, 7047 N. Pebblecreek Road, W. Bloomfield, MI 48322. The fee is $10.00 for members and $20.00 for non-members. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope, your full name (indicate any name changes), address, and social security number in all correspondence.
